Having a thing for words is so exciting. I love to meet and see others who are great writers. It’s wonderful to enjoy the stories others have crafted and shared with the world. I remember the time I decided to become a writer. I was only good at a few ways to express myself. I totally sucked at grammar, timing, method, plots, and so much more. I told myself, you have to start, and grow into yourself. You will learn from reading other’s work, you will improve naturally as you challenge yourself.
To see myself writing at this level, and I am not talking about being better than others, but being authentically me. The reward comes from the dedication, whether writing for money and not for money, not because of fans or an audience, but the amazing freedom writing has given me. The openness to create.
Open up to more spaces within in. You can’t always please others. You are accountable for you. If you know how you feel, it’s okay if you are not having a great day. Finding a easy way to communicate is important to not stress you out on how to respond to others.
Some phrases I use are below:
Say a friend call or a family member calls, I easily identify how to speak and keep it shorts.
“Hi, before we carrying on the conversation. I just want to inform you that I am working on improving my mental health today. I don’t have much to add to a conversation today, but will gladly pick things up tomorrow or another day.”
“Hey, I am super drained currently, and I work taking some time to myself to collect my thoughts, I truly hope you understand. Can be pick up this conversation another day?”
“Hey before you say what’s wrong, I am physically fine, I am here and present. I just need some quiet time to organize myself. Work and everyday life has took a toll this week, I am going to take this weekend as a relaxation and reset.”
I know these may sound lengthy but you can adjust here and there. The biggest take away is taking the time you need, and not be afraid to share your feelings. You are putting your health first and it should be respected, as you would to someone else.
Creating and manifesting happiness for you and around you. It comes with acceptance, struggle, a plan of actions, and rising above. You defines your happiness, and it’s in your power to create it or a version of it you love and accept.
The times have changed. Social Media & Ads & Content rules supreme. You need to use a skill, a talent, a trait, a style, a value to leverage an audience. My posts are never sexy, but real. I like to just be direct.
I teach and work with many clients with this technique. I always keep in down to earth and informative, but less fluff. All the fun you can have, you will discover, but facts stay the same.
Grow your blog. Grow your content and catalog. Learn marketing. Network and Collab efficiently. Add value always. Follow up even when you don’t want to. Answer questions. Give back to others who are growing.
I like to see others win. I like to see people fight for their passion and independence.
Create the world you want to see and live in, while being authentic self. 🙂
The challenges we face daily are unreal. Trust I know. Being a human on earth and the daily struggles just to live, we need some much time to ourselves at times we can’t afford. We give, we take, we lend. But what is it in return?
Think about it.
This is just a mental health awareness post, to remind you, that you matter.
But when things are going wrong, it’s not always about you, others are also experiencing the same.
