Sunday has come and it’s time to reflect and refocus. I am so proud of myself this weekend. I set to level I needed to be on and matched it. I told myself to get some reading in, also a great workout, and also head to Trader Joe’s for food for the week. Well I am here to say it was all done. Three books done while cleaning and reorganizing, amazing Cauliflower Dinner and a killer upper body workout lifting about 140lbs on the bench. It’s not the max I can do, but it was the mission for the day and do at least 40 reps on that weight.
The audiobooks I went through today was:
The 12 Week Year – Brain P. Moran
Getting Things Done – David Allen
The 5 Second Rule – Mel Robbins
The focus of the books was to focus on productivity and time management. Time management I am excellent at, and putting priority to important things. Growth is important and practicing good techniques are key to success. With those two topics you can achieve more.
I use the Apple Watch and FitBit for my workouts, so if you want to follow and be friends, the screen name on fitbit is “jixifox”.
Update my book has arrived, “I Will Teach You To Be Rich” the workbook. I haven’t browsed through it yet, but this week I will.
How was your sunday & weekend?

A productive Sunday. I get my food from Trader’s Joe too. I am a sucker for time management, maybe I should read one of those audio books.

Oh yesss. I got someone to trade Trader Joe’s shopping list with. 🙂 Yes, I have a couple that are easy reads, and easy listens, and will get you activated. More time, equal more smiles, and more smiles equal more memories. Craving out you time is like the most important. Without you getting to be you, who actually benefits. 🙂
