Wired Up, Off My Meds

My eyes are quite itchy, I am twitching as can be,
I am wired up off my meds, not even the feds want to mess with me,
I might get a bit loose with this rules and start breaking ish down,
I am breaking bad, meth lab stacked up, I got bomb underground.
