Hi, I am excited to announce a batch of new music on it’s way. I finally got around to spending some of those creative hours to publishing my music online. The first song I publish releases Dec. 27, 2022. I am happy to see it making it’s wave online. Here is a preview link:
Hopefully once it’s released you could show it some love and leave comments. It will be on all streaming streaming services. And that’s not all, I have more works on the way, for which another EP project is releasing on Dec. 30, 2022 (12.30.22) which is called “Waiting Away, Tripping” which is sort of a melody lofi project for fans of lofi hip hop and cool vibes of sounds playing in the background. I will have more to add to those to make them a bit more spicy. But for now, I am happy they will make it out before the end of 2022.
Lately I have been listening to new music and trying to come up with a new song. The year has been passing me by without creating something new and big. I shall be in the studio soon enough to lay some vocals and see how it feels.
When creativity strikes you it’s like a high, a feeling that you want to say or share something.
I feel like bursting out in song, but it won’t be mines yet, but someone else’s. 🙂
I am so looking forward to close out this year in style.
Music is a big influence in my life. I have quite a few songs and albums that have defined my life & moments in my life. Whether is my love life, my anxiety phase, when I felt I was emotionless, music really came in for the save. So when I hear certain songs, or thoughts of certain lyrics I am quick to put my Spotify subscription to use on my iPhone to jam to whatever song I want to at that given moment. I am a big fan of headphones, so I probably will do a review of a few of my favorites, as I absolutely own about 12 pairs of headphones. Trust I know, a bit obsessive right? But if you love music as much as I do, you would see why.
Anyways, today’s music story I want to share is more of my love of music as whole and the battle between The Backstreet Boys and Nsync. I am big fan of The Backstreet Boys, c’mon who does love the songs, “Everybody” “Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely” “Quit Playing Games With My Heart” “I Want It That Way” “As Long As You Love Me”. Well I think this was my first experience with enjoying a boy group/band out of the realm of “Boyz II Men” is which is amazing.
And then out nowhere comes Nsync in which I was super hating on, I will not lie. I was caught in the battle that you had to choose a team. But my music taste burst open, when Nsync released, “No Strings Attached”. This is probably one of favorite albums all times, I can probably say it’s in my top 25 favorite albums of all times. With amazing songs such as “Bye Bye Bye” “No Strings Attached” “Digital Get Down” “Just Got Paid” “Space Cowboy”.
I just love this album so much. The energy and music composition was just top tier. It’s crazy because this was an album I admitted to a girlfriend I loved and we enjoyed relating to group and the music. So it’s crazy every time I listen any of the songs, I can’t help but think of her. So I guess that’s something I have to live with. At first it was (tough) as a guy from Bronx, New York to say, hey I enjoy music from Nsync, when it came out at the time, but this album/music taught me, the meaning of good music is just good music. Good music is worth enjoying. And to add more flavor to it all, their music videos were amazing and sold the songs a million times over.
HEART BREAK
As the story was all about joy…then came the heart break, and the song “Gone” was just so sad and expressed me losing the one of the loves of my life, my girlfriend at the time. I am not going to lie, I think this song made me cry as well. There was so many emotions building up and it was just there. To this day it gives me goose bumps, it’s a really good song. It’s definitely a good break up / heart ache song to add to a playlist.
I hope you enjoyed my story…shares yours with me, I would love to read it.
Laugh all you want,
While I am cooking up the racks,
Coming for your baskets,
And snatching up your snacks,
Everything is a fact,
And I already did the math,
Particularly coming for the cheese,
Like a mob of crazy rats.
