It’s not hard to forget,
How your words meant to me,
They laid in my hands,
I felt the ink,
Dripped,
Dropped,
Dried,
Sent,
I felt your emotions,
As you wrote your soul,
With your pen,
Open I am left,
With the time I have spent,
Living your words written,
I shared my life with you,
Just the same,
With drips from my pen.
