Playing The Villain Role | Poetic Dark Poetry

The Villain Role

It was all fun until I showed up,
Doubts in the air,
The energy running through the body,
Is fear,
Geared to react,
Than be proactive,
Because someone is about to sin,
Being a villain ain’t all about the win,
It’s about doing things that makes you cringe,
Hop onto YouTube or TikTok,
And just toxicity binge,
Going down the rabbit hole,
Can’t escape,
So you cry alone,
It’s cuts too deep,
Say you raise your head up,
Looking for help,
But the help is in demon mode,
The help is a villain himself.

Some days we play the villain role, not the hero. We all can’t be good all the time. So be ready and equipped before betrayal looms.

  1. I really like that turn it took here:

    “Going down the rabbit hole,
    Can’t escape,
    So you cry alone,
    It’s cuts too deep,
Say you raise your head up,
    Looking for help,
But the help is in demon mode,
The help is a villain himself.”

I thought, this was the meat of the poem and helped lend a great ending to it, too.

  2. Wow, really enjoyed the darker more intense poem.
