Money money money!!!! Oh lord my gosh 1 billion dollars. Okay let’s call it a billie, not billy like the goat, for in my area and town I would be the goat if I had a billion dollars.

Okay my answer is so relatively simple. How can I spend a bill in 10 steps or less.

1. Buy a few houses and properties. – ehhhh 30 million.
2. Hire all the right professionals to help keep the money I plan to keep and tax write off the ones I am fitting to give away. – ehhhh 3 million.
3. Donate to important charities and organization who may need help. – 50 million.
4. Pay off all my friends debts, cars, and houses. Say I have 15 close friends. You are welcome. ehhhh 20 million.
5. Same thing goes for 15 chosen family members, so family tends to be big. ehhh 30 million.
6. Invest tons of money…ehhh 500 million. (the interest on the money funds, the expenses of everything that can go wrong.
7. Buy Dream Car and House. – ehhhhh 1 million.
8. Travel and do a bunch of stuff, and investing in people, laugh lot, create a foundation, whatever foolishness left. ehhhh with the leftover of the millions I didn’t count.

I can say I enjoy chores. Call me chore man Jixi. 🙂

I love to clean. I love organizing and improving. I mean say chores are annoying. Yea, adulting sucks. Yea, the kids and family members make a mess. The most challenging chore of all is getting everyone to do their part. Now that just sucks. You have to chase people down, pick that up, why you aint wash all the dishes, it was your turn. The list goes on and on. I like a well kept household. It don’t have to be perfect. But it has to be divided as a team so we can all win 🙂

Success for me is happiness.

Success is mine to define. I am fine as long as I do lose my mind. I be trying, I fail sometimes. I would lying if I say I am not okay sometimes. I am define the moves I make. I could make change. But I really don’t want to live a life in denial, for that a crime. So I am do want I can to get what’s mine, making every moment count as I figure out how to me one of a kind.

Success for me happens in the macro and micro. I love the small dreams and big dreams. I enjoy the small wins and the big wins. For me right now as it has been for many years now, happiness is the key. No matter the money if I am truly happy, that is the winner for me. I can stay success is the car, the house, the yard, and more, and of course I want all of that, but the state of happiness and freedom is not a luxury you get with having that. Mo money, Mo problems has always been around. But to really be happy with anything or nothing, wow, who has that.

So ha ha, the real answer. lol.

Of course that was the real answer, come on.

Successful looks like this for me.

1. Good career, making okay money.
2. Meeting the love of my life.
3. Investing and spending while living life.
4. Travels and food.
5. Enjoy all the amazing tv shows of now and tomorrow.
6. Having a successful business with the decent money help others live their best lives.
7. Releasing a music and book project every single year for the rest of my life. (Love it or hate it).

I can say simply those are the success if you want to put a name on things. And with those come other benefits. Head back my vision board to get my life in line for more and more happiness.

In my management career, The One Minute Manager was a game changer. Talking, setting expectations, following up and execution in the most simplest processes, this book was the best I have ever read. I still to the day recommend to everyone trying to take control of their careers.

I Will Teach You To Be Rich, taught me about my rich life and how to treat and enjoy money. Before I use to save and listen to these ancient talks on money. This book changed my life in the highest degree and financial literacy.

This is such a good question. I definitely love this. I always wanted to know more of my family history. I think the furthest I know of it my great grandmother on my mother’s side of the family. Coming from where I come from, information don’t seem to be the same and hard to find. But I guess trying one of those services to see how far it stems.

But I truly believe in building a tree now of who I know now and just etch an outline of my true family as of 2023. Time moves on and things changes. We need to be in the now and create for the future.

Rainy days amaze me,
Especially when I am lazy,
My vision is kind of hazy,
On this day nothing in life phase me,

Each day I want to play play play,
I scream out yea when I see rain rain rain,
I do it live it’s not a game game game,
The rain makes me relax and sane sane sane.

I guess I wrote a poem or a lyric. When ode to the rain. 🙂

I write poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and spoken word. I have my favorite words, I have my style of writing. There are series of posts and writings I create each year. I work hard to try to spread the love of writing with others.

Words, writings and books are vital to life and the world.

So I am happy people write and contribute to the world.
